At TrynTrend, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in like-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
📦 Return Shipping

We cover up to $10 CAD of the return shipping cost

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover 100% of the return cost

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
🔄 How to Start a Return

If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is:

Damaged

Defective
-
Or the wrong item
Contact us within 7 days, and we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.
Photo or video proof is required.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at: customer.support@tryntrend.com.
🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
After that, orders are automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.
🌍 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to return or cancel your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
📦 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
